The ArrowLeaf at Empire Pass community is one of the newest additions to the Empire Pass/Flagstaff area of luxurious Upper Deer Valley in Park City, and is truly a place where even the most discriminating owner can feel right at home. Arrowleaf at Deer Valley consists of two buildings with 28 luxury condominiums in each building located in Park City, Utah. A common area with game room, coffee bar and lounge area is located in building A. There are hot tubs located next to the slopes and an outdoor fire pit and gathering area.
A rustic craftsman-style, tempered with a modern elegance is the hallmark of ArrowLeaf Lodge. These 2 and 3-bedroom luxury condominiums, ranging in size from just over 1,300 to just under 2,000 square feet, feature reclaimed hardwood floors, distressed custom cherry cabinetry, granite and marble countertops, top of the line appliances, air conditioning, private decks, travertine tub and bath surrounds with built-in benches, jetted tubs, a wine refrigerator, hand-troweled walls painted in warm designer colors and oil rubbed bronze fixtures. The underground parking area is heated in the winter and air conditioned in the summer.
Truly ski-in and ski-out; just walk out the back door, through the ski locker room directly onto the Silver Buck run on Deer Valley Resort. Ski down to the bottom of Silver Strike Express in less than a minute and start your day on the slopes! The Silver Strike Express is a “high speed quad” chairlift which will carry you up to the top of Flagstaff with direct access to all Deer Valley Resort trails. This eliminates dealing with the crowds that start at Snow Park or Silver Lake Lodges. Sorry, snowboarding is not allowed at Deer Valley Resort, but is at nearby Park City Mountain Resort.
Nestled in the pines, ArrowLeaf provides an intimate environment for family and friends with access to all of the amenities of the Village at Empire Pass and Talisker’s elegant TowerClub (just across Deer Valley’s Silver Buck ski run). The property includes a hearth room, fire pit, various spas, a lounge and other gathering areas, ski storage, and concierge service. However access to some of the amenities services is limited to owners and their escorted guests and may not be available to short-term rental guests.
